Pros: Good culture. Good pay Good chemical company to learn and good work life balance Great people amazing mentors and managers
Cons: Different sites culture different at each The company has an average work life balance in my opinion where it is not as obvious with the interns but very prevalent with full time engineering People are leaving in droves. All managers have assorted initiatives to help themselves
