Pros: Good culture and pay scale Good work life balance good people in general love the culture Good pay is main one Good appraisal and benefits.
Cons: Culture was awful at Macquarie where leaders don't even have your back. No work life balance Low pay for ops Lots of townhall meeting and fulfilment of continuous improvement ideas not as many benefits
