Pros: The management is technical and knowledgeable. Good potential for personal growth and development.
Cons: Low pay office is depressing some close Wildly underpaid management not much benefits like 401k match or bonuses or doesn't have a great marketing team for the projects laden legacy software.
Full range of good benefits Health insurance (medical coverage in particular) that the company offers is so expensive...I just can't afford it...hope I will never need it. Over 2k for a family of 3
