Pros: Great people. Management are friendly and approachable. impressive expertise & leadership in industry
Cons: The management has no accountability blames and fires employees for direction given by them. So many learning opportunities can be overwhelming for some Repetitive work can be boring long standing times hunched over so eventual back pain management never takes accountability there's much conflict within management pay isn't great and no three month review if you're a woman on the factory floor you're guaranteed to essentially never get promoted to anything and remain in the finishing department.
