Pros: Good pay at first but not worth it working from home good benefits Also very little work to be done and management gives you a lot of time to do it Culture Experience and Knowledge throughout the organization Leadership communications within the organization are transparent.
Cons: Pay: The pay is not competitive. The wages are below average and the benefits are overly expensive. Management constantly hounds for completion of work instead of acknowledging blockers that were expressed. Culture: Overall their is a good culture. school ways of thinking silos etc. but I feel like Maximus leadership works to address these challenges and try to stay ahead of them.
