Pros: The people were great to work with. Good company with opportunity to learn and gain experience in mechanical construction. Flexible schedule/hours
Cons: Base pay could be better. Communication is quite lacky with students.
Great HSA employer contribution and 401k match! People are overworked. Not worth the pay. Many get the experience and leave after year or two. Location isn't ideal either. The 401K Matching and HSA contributions are very generous.
