Pros: • Offer marginally above industry average benefits in order to be designated as a “Best Place to Work” in healthcare opportunity to really learn about the business and collaborate with other teams a lot of things done to forward the mission and create a positive inclusive culture Great mission great people exciting work. They had some great pay and okay benefits.
Cons:

Cons: It felt like everything was an emergency and didn't allow for you to grow and learn. • Low opportunity to challenge the status quo or suggest innovative ideas
