Pros: People pay is decent structure Good work life balance and facility amenities. Great people and culture. You are given a lot of responsibility to manage your product line while working for a secure and successful company. Family first culture and challenging projects to work on.
Cons: very low pay compared to other internships hard work life balance Although you gain a lot of experience you're most likely not going to learn to do things the right way because there aren't enough experienced leaders. Do not want to promote people huge culture of blaming managers are not your advocate tons of attrition & taking on others responsibilities without any recognition or compensation.
