Pros: incredible managers who genuinely care about you Respectful communication competitive pay & excellent benefits bonuses teamwork partnership across silos innovation surprisingly agile given its size generous PTO retirement matching free parking for Baltimore hospital associates top talent. The pay is good for the area. Supportive leadership that is invested in their team.
Cons: TA Managers don't stand behind their employees when dealing with hiring managers. The workload is crushing; everyone is so burned out.
Pretty competitive with other healthcare organizations Benefits are great. One of the many reasons I have stayed I worked part time as PRN so no benefits were offered as expected for this role
