Pros: Good benefits; 4 was of PTO starting Good work life balance Good environment flexibility management and attitude to employees Good Salary Great people (mostly).
Cons: benefits were taken away No work life balance and not great support to the operation Absolutely horrible management in the fabrication sector. My advice would be to negotiate the highest starting salary you can. People and culture were great but started to change over last couple of years I was there.
