    Salary - B | Culture - B | Management - C | Coworkers - B

Pros: Good benefits for healthcare and retirement Amazing culture within supply chain and procurement. Fair compensation.
Cons: Processes increase total compensation for the good performance No work life balance former leadership very top down The work environment is also extremely competitive and you will feel that and eventually be so burnt out due to this and lack of enough resources and support.

Overall salary is less compared to industry standards but other benefits are very good The benefits package is standard. The 403b has a vesting period of 3yrs and there a variety of health insurance to choose from. Great benefits offering discounted housing for postdocs with daycare in the building. No pension plan

Pros: Great benefits and life and work balance but depends from PI Great people and work ethic Good benefits near a lot of transit options overtime available (1.5x salary). Great benefits awesome employees fair management. accepting & welcoming culture
Cons: Benefits are available for reduced commuting cost but is still expensive. Not a single research disease service is fully staffed and the managers don't care enough about people to try and keep people. The salary is low for a high cost city like NYC Poor retention rates on all levels lacks consistent management complacent culture

good time off balance 401k match. Great benefits package. If there was one negative it would be the dental plan which was not what I have been used to in terms of its yearly limits. Perks could be better at MSK.
