Pros: Management is great with balancing your personal life and work life great coworkers free/low cost shift meal Literally non you get free food but the ingredients are awful Pay is good for required work Flexible hours when working with school.
Cons: Management is also very disorganized right now Always on your feet and have to deal with annoying customers and sometimes annoying coworkers the pay is alright but able to get a raise Long hours and short staffed so often worked overtime
great work life balance overall for management 401K match up to 4% Generic benefits & perks offerings. Not the best compared to other companies but also not the worst. Their coaching and mentorship program is amazing and the career ladder is a great tool to identify what the next steps are to get promoted. Also love the transparency on compensation.
