Pros: J'ai ete recrute sur profil et ils m'ont trouve une mission parfaitement en phase avec ce que je recherchais avant même que je commence.
Cons: Parfois la communication interne n'est pas très claire (ex : le changement recent de direction) L'inconvenient chez Meritis n'est pas l'entreprise loin de là l'une des meilleures ESN de la place; mais le metier en lui même difficile jonglant entre l'etat du marche les aleas economiques et le management de beaucoup de collaborateurs ainsi que la dependance constante liee contraintes clients.
