Pros: Flexible and work life balance Exceptional benefits and insurance packages. befits were great. Great management and nice culture. Fast paced and you learn a lot about an interesting industry.
Cons: No work life balance constant emails and meetings.
Outstanding health benefits generous amount of time off personal days floating holidays and PTO in general. NYS Empire Plan is excellent. Benefits are mostly good pension is a definite perk. Cons: 1) Management is untrained and unprofessional.

None that I can think of. The best things is they give 3 months off for paternity/ maternity leave Health Insurance was very good.
