Pros: Great people to work with. Great culture and team environment. life balance approachable management and many opportunities for growth. Great benefits package
Cons: busy season hours but not more than any other firm I regret going from a small firm to this firm to see what it was like at a big firm because even though the pay was great the processes were not nor was management.
Miller Cooper offers competitive benefits and generous PTO. I also feel like they are always adding additional benefits too. Based on life situation and needs. The benefits at Miller Cooper have recently expanded and I often find that the PTO offered is much more generous than my peers. It is also highly encouraged to take PTO at the firm which is great! The only thing that could be improved is making sure these benefits are communicated and shared more regularly!
