Pros: I have had minimal issues in the last year (despite the chaos that the pandemic created in a lot of processes) and in rare occasions that issues arose the team has been clear and transparent with their communication and worked hard to address the problems. Good coworkers and meaningful work Flexible schedule good onboarding team ability to bill various insurance companies.
Cons: Poor communication lot of mistakes by support staff costing you time weird vibe at in person locations high turnover of staff You have essentially no coworkers as well. I always ended up wondering why the heck I was paying them so much money if for every service they claimed to take care of I needed to do my own follow up anyways. 1099 Contract employee (no benefits)

Work for self from home The insurance reimbursements are good. They don't offer any perks because they are contracted with you. 401 matching good dental vision and medical benefits managers start at 15PTO/ sick days bundled.
