Pros: Management is promoted from within which is a huge part of MKAs' philosophy. Money is good and benefits are some of the best. Generous benefits package and good culture. Everyone is given a chance and tools to succeed and achieve professional growth.
Cons: Management does absolutely nothing in helping you build a client base and actively hinders you by hoarding info on active clients that they have. Medical benefits are a joke. You are responsible for upfront costs (airfare rental hotel etc) then company will reimburse you a week or two later.
Excellent benefits great management. Traveling is fun as long as its not for weeks at a time. They get paid once per month. Kind of throws a wrench in your finances when you're used to getting paid biweekly. A great 401K plan and the company has an ESOP
