Pros: Good work life balance Exposed to corporate structure and culture.
Cons: Low salary The benefits could be better WFH instead of hybrid would be great Poor work practises and lack of structured approach to training and Onboarding.
When I worked at Moneris they had a good overall benefits package. Flexibility for working parents decent vacation time health/dental/eye insurance was fair as well.
