    Pros:
Cons: Career growth is limited and must initiate new processes. Lots of politics corrupt management. Poor leadership and culture.

The benefits are great some of the best I've had in a long time It's challenging to rate a benefits package definitively as individual needs vary greatly. While the standard offerings are decent they don't quite match the more comprehensive packages offered by other companies. That said the retirement plan (403b) deserves specific recognition. With its competitive match and reasonable vesting period it earns a solid 4-star rating on its own. Overall the work environment is very friendly.
