Pros: Good people really try to take care of each other Manager is fair. life balance compensation for working long days Culture is great great coworkers pay is fair. Good benefits (401k match health dental vision) decent work culture
Cons: Poor communication and very little trust or transparency; managers often complained that they were not told much and the techs were even more in the dark. Work culture is bad and management does not care about their workers.
company rewards tuition reimbursement perks Good match for 401K but no flexible PTO Overall I believe the benefits to be good but a little pricey.
