Pros: Work life balance is good Great people Good salary Good benefits pay wise Good culture too.
Cons: No work life balance. People aren't held accountable for their actions. Low salary limited learning experience over worked Too conservative and benefit isn't the best Culture can be a bit toxic with longer standing teams
Generous time off available for employees Benefits are good. As a bank you get 11 paid days (bank holidays) off which is great. Also has a employer-paid pension plan after 3-years of service. 3% 401K match ok PTO
