Pros: I had an opportunity to work with some very dedicated and knowledgeable people. Free HD healthcare matching 401k plenty of vaca / sick time generous HSA matching.
Cons: They claim to care about the right people in the right seats but apparently people who were highly successful there for 15+ years before being shuffled around suddenly weren't the right people anymore.
