Pros: Excellent product line to sell and awesome sales team who is great to be around. Everyone works hard.
Cons: Lots has changed in the past year since the Brunswick buyout. High stress, and less incentive pay to chase new business. We now have more internal conference calls taking time away from our customers, but much less communication somehow which is frusterating.
