Pros: Great people to work with! Relaxed atmosphere in the office.
Cons: The company was going through a lot of of transition and layoffs which made things hard for everyone Current leadership is not interested in learning or implementing solutions and the culture is heavy on explanations through bullet points. No exit interview to voice concerns.
