Cons: No cons but the fact is the people are still working Low pay Bad working hours bad leadership No work life balance No good appraisal poor management

Pros: The people are great. Benefits salary reputation are good Good work life balance compared to other multi nationals strong market positions and products good corporate culture Culture is good employee engagement. Benefits are good There is opportunity if you can find the time to apply.
