Pros: Nice people in the offices at the 'working' level Good benefits Fun culture work life balance on the accounts team Have a good environment Good culture
Cons: Just really rude people No Bonus even with profit An exciting new benefit was given to all employees as of 1/1/23 of unlimited PTO and it is already being taken away as of end of April '23. No work/life balance very strict in technical details and how things are produced sometimes it feels repetitive and you're only doing technical drawings and the office used to be very clique Terrible culture.
Flexibility - Support internal and external Okay benefits. Nothing amazing for the amount of overtime worked Parental leave seems below industry standard
