Pros: The company gives you space and a chance to work and grow professionally. not much micro management hybrid
Cons:
No one explains everything to you. You are left to figure it out on your own. Neptune has excellent benefits they match well for 401k contributions and give great health benefits. I pay pay about $100 per paycheck and they pay 4 times more. Overall an amazing company to work for. Not enough vacation time given
