Pros: Mobile (if you like traveling and learning about different places this would be a great fit) paid training great benefits. Trainers June and Kelly were amazing!
Cons: Supposed to be Long Island staff but they put me everywhere but Long Island. Low pay lots of traveling (wear & tear on vehicle) no benefits due to being a per diem job level managers want to grow and evolve but feel like they need to lead upwards as their direct reports expect answers.
Standard vacation time off about 2 weeks but only 6 total holidays. Good health insurance and educational benefits 7% matching in 403b lots of other benefits options available during open enrollment approximately 20 PTO days per year and flexible with taking days off.
