Pros: Good/helpful management and well trained Good Pay Routine work easy to learn Nice people to work with fair and consistent hours great office
Cons: Immature management Less pay Long hours when starting 50 Gross office
Good benefits pretty standard package Almost nonexistent 401k match (doesn't appear that this will change) Not great benefits for Brokers.
