Pros: NC State has great benefits and salaries are competitive People are nice. Very friendly work environment and flexible hours Great environment and culture.
Cons: Low salary compared to the private sector Sometimes people will come to wrong area asking questions. Being an EA I had to put up with bullying and verbal abuse.

health insurance/ discount on golf course/ PTO insurance is okay retirement could be better The best thing about the benefits at North Carolina State University is they are completely hands-off and only threaten you occasionally with their administrative power. The worst thing about the benefits at North Carolina State University is the air you breathe might cause you to get cancer 15 to 20 years later.
