Pros: good pay fair safe equal great people and you're not on a que which is huge good TEAM excellent work life balance Great Benefits Great culture Friendly employees Company really cares
Cons: pay is low No work life balance. No benefits or bonus for contract workers HR practices could use some improvement and accountability ( this pertains to a personal situation I had ) Very corporate culture this may or may not be for you depending on your personality.
