Pros: Good benefits for students and employee discounts good work life balance (9/80 work schedule) Good pay and stability in the workplace So its a great for people who go from undergrad to grad school with minimal experience and can get a well management is good.
Cons: Benefits could be better as well as PTO Work life balance is extremely lopsided. Felt pay was low and speed of work was slow Higher ups could care less about people who do the work. You do all the work and the bad management will asign one of thier buddies to take over on last minute to get credit and bonus etc.
Pto leave medical and salary. Good benefits if you are a higher earner and able to afford the premiums. There are high deductible plans to consider. One month parental leave with 401k match

Everything is great excluding the fact that the relocation package is 100% reimbursable meaning if you are unemployed and low on funds you have to come up with the money to relocate and then be reimbursed (other firms provide some up-front funding with the remainder being reimbursed which helps A LOT). 401K plan was great plus a pension health and dental insurance and option for vision insurance Extensive benefits package includes certified personal coach benefits one-on-one support for emotional well-being paid paternal leave 6 wks fertility benefits 2 wks paid caregiver leave.
