Pros: They have unlimited PTO which people think is great but it really benefits the company more than the employees. NOW CFO offers career advancement because it lifts the employees into leadership positions and provides great training too. The teams and leadership here are great and always willing to help. The commission structure is different than other sales jobs in that it steadily increases over time Great culture.
Cons: pay bonuses and reimbursements are not great; benefits are bottom of the barrel; little team connection; the founder is pushy and abrasive boarding on abuse; extreme focus on maximizing utilization while encouraging people not to report administrative time; zero ongoing professional development; revolving door environment. Continued training gets boring go over the same material all the time Leadership is a complete joke and the positive reviews I see on Glassdoor are comical. Poor commission structure toxic culture everyone in the company gossips about each other.
Plans were expensive for families. Not terrible but too expensive PTO is very sad. Health insurance is fairly expensive - medium coverage/benefits.
