Pros: excellent benefits and company culture. The people are great ok Great employee culture.
Cons: Also Current Management would rather keep their budget for total employees low and overwork their staff instead of hiring more staff; One position shouldn't be doing the work of three different positions. Stunted Growth within the company
401(k) match is fantastic. Paid holidays/time off benefits are very competitive. Healthcare (medical dental vision etc.) options are solid with quality options (as well as affordable given Nuvision pays the majority of cost). they have 401k and a retirment plan PTO is good for full time
