Pros: They pay a good salary Benefits are great. Good management Excellent attention to work life balance in my department. Great Team and helping the community
Cons: low pay might need to consider Benefits are awful Poor management Sometimes the work life balance is interrupted. The ethos of OSH is great but they nickel and dime their patient care teams to death.
Great health benefits vision dental Benefit deal about the normal have EAP The medical is expensive and you don't get a lot of vacation days unless you're a provider. The 401k only gets matched 4%.Working at Oak Street HealthPrimary Care Physician | Raleigh, NC
