Pros: Beautiful culture and great community management and good work flexibility. they provide below average pay Great people and product. Always trying to make benefits better (Improving sales commission benefits and events work from abroad etc)
Cons: poor management. Pay is low for the work. Horrible benefits
Best:- Free lunch at the office.- Budget for team events.- 401k match- Bonus for car wrap (~$150/month)Worst:- No company merch- No bonuses for performance 401k was okay but can be better Pros:1. 401 matching (50% up to 8% - if you allocate 8% of your salary Odoo pays up to 4% if you allocate 10% Odoo still pays 4%)2. PTO - 2 weeks in the 1st year 3 weeks from the 2nd year 4 weeks moving forward. I like to have X number of days per year versus unlimited as if you have X number of days then you will take it as they accumulate and when they reach a threshold they don't carry over to next year. Personal opinion.3. Health Insurance + HSA given by Odoo (USD 200 per person - if you are married you get USD 400 per month)4. Great culture and environment: Odoo is where you make long-term friends. Vibrant culture.5. Food at the office (free lunch and snacks).6. Work-life balance7. Hybrid workCons:1. There are no bonuses (performance or any bonuses). This makes the salary flat with no room for earning extra money if performing well.2. Salary growth is flat and Odoo does not have much room for growing vertical/hierarchical (it is a fast-growing company so this could change at some point)3. No stock or stock options (Odoo is a private company and they don't have plans on going public or selling a portion of the company to a bigger company)
