Pros: Great people to work with Good benefits Pay is average Have decent flexible work arrangement Good benefits friendly family atmosphere
Cons: Completely mismanaged inept training and onboarding completely unrealistic expectations about volume of work. Communication between departments is not very good. Awful place to work.
Really solid benefits with generous PTO. They are flexible about working from home if your position allows it. They are slowly but surely updating the office spaces so the office environments are improving. They have a lot of office space spread across several buildings so that takes time. Health insurance is reasonable compared to other companies and they do have a plan where they contribute to your HSA which is wonderful! They have a 401K match and give a decent amount of PTO. Overall they have great benefits and try to keep it that way year after year despite rising costs. Good overall health insurance and the 401K plan is equivalent to most within the industry.
