Pros: Pay and hours are good Good people to work around with good pay and benefits.
Cons: Dept of labor calls the company to verify the guy was laid off and not fired...company reports to dept of labor that the guy is still employed full time and getting paid 3 months after the lay off. Many workers do not speak any English whatsoever so there is a constant disconnect in effective communication. level management is a complete joke.
401k and hsa benefits is what I like Oldcastle Infrastructure also provides employees with 8 hours for a “personal holiday” and 8 hours of paid volunteer time. Good 401 k match and pto
