Pros: •Good pay Great Management. Good people and cutting edge tech Good work from home and schedule flexibility
Cons: Pay is kinda low but work is easy Poor management. Training is subpar and doesn't prepare designers for actual projects
Osmose have done a GREAT JOB with the benefit package! Average benefit package at best. Healthcare plan is awful full medical dental vision accident life insurance dependent life hospital and critical care. holidays occasional time vacation STD and LTD flexible hours partial remote
