Pros: Benefits are good. best place to work in Virginia. Decent pay
Cons: Incompetent leadership lack of concern for the “lowly ones” in new business ridiculous expectations regarding productivity from management that has NO CLUE what we do for a days work. they infiltrated a small community under the guise that they would give back to the community and create more jobs and received thousands and thousands of dollars in grant money for bringing business to the area and turned around and laid off almost every employee from the Lynchburg area.

Great health insurance and generous time off each year (starts at 20 days of PTO plus holidays). Work from home is a huge plus. excellent corporate culture good people Great overall benefits options. The price does keep going up every year.
