Pros: Great Work/Life Balance Great Benefits Great Company Culture
Cons: There is no clear career ladder.
Pro: Great benefits and generous company. After 15 years your health insurance is free! Awesome! Community service days would be nice. Con: Unlimited PTO is not really unlimited because they count your days amongst the SLT team. 401k about the only thing good at this company! Health insurance sucks vacation sucks! If they didn't do favortism vacation would be okay! The best thing about the benefits package is the medical contributions. There are also numerous medical options. 401K is matched by 50%.
