Pros: You don't expect to make meaningful connections, but I'm surprised and grateful for the amount of members who come in to work out who I've gotten to know on a personal level. Some even bought or made homemade gifts for me during the holidays!
The work is to the point. A lot of cleaning but it passes the time
Cons: Upper management does not CARE about you. They will hold certain people to a standard while letting things slip past for others
They don't even know what the word ableist means. No joke.
They are NOT inclusive. They make disabled folk fight for bare minimum accommodations.
Upper management you have zero idea what it actually takes to run in club activities yet you're very keen to percieve from the cameras and make your own judgement of such.
Respect your employees. It would be nice to be treated the same way we are instructed to treat our members and guests.
There is no reason to mindlessly stand at front desk when there is no one or nothing urgent to attend to. Allow your employees to sit upfront

Pros: Easy job with good perks
Cons: Not a lot of opportunities for personal development

Pros: Depending on the gym and management, Planet Fitness can be a fun place to work with good staff and gym members.
Cons: Just like most jobs there are karens and other grumpy people. Some of the policies the gym holds are stupid.
Just do your job and ask questions and you will be fine.
Salary - D | Culture - C | Management - A | Coworkers - C
Pros: Its always something to do. You can either stand at counter and chat with co workers while signing in members or you can walk around facility and clean machines while also chatting to members.
Free black card membership for employees.
Cons: Boring if you let it be. I worked there for 3 years and i would have stayed if pay was better. I wanted to find success elsewhere but if you like sticking to one job then you can absolutely find success here if you climb to the gm and regional roles
Not really advice but i enjoyed working for the managers who cared about my personal life. I understand being in a manager role can be stressful especially from my experience. The ones who are calm and positive will always have my respect

Pros: Great place to work at
Cons: No cons about this place
Salary - F | Culture - F | Management - F | Coworkers - F
Pros: Free membership, depending on where your working the people you get to work with are amazing humans
Cons: The regional manager does not care about anything unless it makes him look good. I have worked in customer service and sales for almost 20 years and this man is ruining Planet fitness with his lack of care he puts into his job.
Fire your regional manager at your new Lenox location, get rid of the bio metric. Eye data scan bull crap. You know it's illegal. Understand that there are so many laws that you are currently breaking in IL.

Pros: Easy money, cooperative management, hours always available for the morning shifts
Cons: The club members were the hardest part of my job. Everyone that joins PF is looking for a cheap way to do what you'd do at LA Fitness or something. SO difficult for no reason. My original manager also just did not care about following policies, so then when management switched over there was hell to pay from members for being more strict.

Pros: Honestly, no complaints. Got me through college!
Cons: Drama lol, sometimes got boring but nothing crazy
