Pros: Good pay and over time You get really good training and leadership. Great people to work for
Cons: You are basically expected to get the training and CDL on your own time and $. Management is horrible. Long hours during peak times
It was easy to navigate Great options! They don't pass on the large increases each year and cover it for us. Medical dental vision 401k sick time and paid time off. Only bad part is benefits is not 100% percent covered by the company but still pretty good coverage.
