Pros: Employee ownership great benefits the people are amazing very inclusive the projects are great management is about putting people first and removing obstacles. Flexible hours Great people and great work environment. Many growth opportunities and the ability to be autonomous while working within a corporate structure. Good benefits
Cons: The outcome from recent restructuring are unknown but the company has many good people! Long hours when project deadlines are due
