Pros:
Cons: No company match for 401K. Renegotiated and changed my hourly rate after being hired.
Very expensive healthcare premiums. No 401K matching. Low PTO compared to other companies. Not many benefits and retirement plan could be better As a contractor no real benefits other than hourly pay and overtime. Still a great company to work for
