Pros: Management super helpful. Training in the entire company is amazing. Must work hard for good pay Leadership is supportive and nurturing.
Cons: Management is horrible the culture is very rude Training is horrible Pay has not remained competitive loyal employees feeling undervalued broken processes produce bad results for clients too much great talent leaving no remote work benefit for local employees. The work environment is toxic and unsupportive with poor morale and ineffective leadership. The entire team works hard and all support each other.

Cons: High turnover so almost everyone is overworked. Certain managers delegate ALL of their work to others while al other other middle managers have left.
