Pros: Pay was decent but that was really it Friendly people work life balance Good Benefits Managers are guaranteed 45 hours a week but tend to get around 50 since two people must always be in the store at all times Great people the people are amazing!
Cons: ups before real disciplinary action Long required overtime Must be flexible and dependable when others are not Low Pay no work life balance. No benefits for up to 90 days. Manager always plays favorites. Tons of homeless people and no real help from corporate in how to handle that outside of tell them to leave and maybe phone the police.
Awesome benefits heath care good Vacation is good but the benefits are lower when compared to other companies. Good benefits for good cost
