Pros: Competitive pay good benefits but thats about it The Union representation offices filled with people who don't care if you work or not…basically get paid to do nothing as long as you are friends with management.
Cons: Not the most competitive pay slow progression No benefits for the Peer Breastfeeding Counselor staff as they won't allow you to work over 15 hours per week. poor management (that include supervisors managers and director): Management need to stop increasing caseload and stop adding more works ontop of what we already have. Lack of sturdy and constructive training and guidance for duties. Terrible pay some colleagues are not good people and and policies are often rigid and illogical.

Good health insurance and life insurance. Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance. And it's the only choice you have. They offer a very competetive benefits package very similar with other government organizations. I am very pleased with what is offered
