Pros: I have been given the autonomy to lead and innovate in my area of expertise while also collaborating with other teams across the company to bring our ideas to life. Management is open and reasonable. Very Cool technology with cancer treatment and radiotherapy anti Fast decision team and well Good amount of perks.
Cons: Had an average manager for my first few years some autonomy and thrived. Many stories from other employees in other department of poor management in engineering HR compliance and quality control.
Benefits are excellent for a smaller start-up company. The only downside is 401k which at this time is not matched. However they do have 401k options. No 401 K matching. Health insurance costs are high Free snacks and drinks are available in break rooms.
