Pros: The benefits are great and inexpensive because there are so many associates. Great work life balance Good pay life is good benefits are great people that I work with are awesome! Great culture
Cons: Management never satisfied difficult work life balance Pay could be better Some really good people and some that were not really that good or motivated like any large company. Culture no work life balance
